Here at SHG we have seen firsthand how difficult the last eight months have been for those in the healthcare industry, including frontline health care workers, long term care residents and their loved ones. We are grateful for your hard work and sacrifice and we want to express our appreciation by giving back.
Today we celebrate National Giving Day by kicking off our annual 10 Days of Giving!
This year we are doing things a bit differently and dedicating all ten days to our nation’s healthcare heroes and the residents they serve. As we are still in the midst of the pandemic, we are asking clients to nominate facilities that have been impacted by COVID-19.
Nominations open today and close on December 6th. Beginning December 7th, we will randomly draw one facility from the nominees each day as well as choose one facility based on the extent that they have been impacted by COVID. The lucky facilities will receive COVID care packages valued at $300 each. The care packages will include PPE as well as treats for staff and residents.
