Executive Director & General Counsel
In 2015, Andrea joined Stotler Hayes Group as the Executive Director & General Counsel, bringing a wealth of legal experience and business acumen to the table. A licensed member of the State Bar of Arizona, Andrea previously practiced law in estate planning, tax, business law, trust administration, guardianships, and conservatorships. Her background also includes valuable experience with two of the Big 4 accounting firms, where she honed her skills in business, tax, and accounting.
Before her tenure at Stotler Hayes Group, Andrea served as the Human Resources Director for a large multi-state oncology center, showcasing her diverse professional capabilities.
Andrea earned her law degree from the University of Dayton School of Law. During her time in law school, Andrea was a research assistant to Professor Lawrence Wohl in the areas of Taxation, Employee Benefits Law, and Business Organizations and she interned as a tax specialist at Deloitte & Touche. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Pennsylvania Western University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. Andrea is an active member of the State Bar of Arizona and the Association of Legal Administrators, currently serving as Chair of the Member Experience Committee and a past member of the Annual Conference Planning Committee.
In 2019, Andrea’s keen interest in organizational development, leadership, culture, and values led her to achieve certification as a Dare to Lead™ Facilitator, a program rooted in the research of Dr. Brené Brown. The certification aims to foster courage and wholeheartedness across individuals, teams, and organizations.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Andrea is an avid sports fan, reader, and curator of family adventures. She cherishes spending quality time with her husband, John, and their four children.
