We have grown a great deal as a firm, from just two attorneys to a team of almost fifty employees. We continue to grow and develop, and we want the same for the individual members of our team.
We support and strongly encourage employees to pursue additional formal education in an effort to enhance their knowledge and skills. To further these objectives, Stotler Hayes Group offers an education benefit up to $3,000.00 per calendar year with a $1,000.00 per semester maximum to its full-time employees.
Employees are encouraged to pursue coursework related directly to the enhancement of their current role at the firm, memberships providing for ongoing resources and networking, and certifications. Attorneys may also use the $3,000 annual education benefit toward bar dues, continuing legal education and memberships.
