Prior to joining Stotler Hayes Group Jon practiced community association law where he gained extensive experience advocating for his clients’ interests in consumer debt collection, probate litigation, bankruptcy proceedings, contract negotiations, and general civil litigation. To that end he represented clients in state court at the trial level and in bankruptcy hearings before the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland.
Jon’s practice now focuses on representing long-term care facilities in Medicaid eligibility, guardianship, probate, and collection matters. #ProudToSHG #TeamSHG
