We know that this year in particular has not been easy, but amidst the uncertainty and upheaval we have continued to meet milestones at SHG.
This month we celebrate 5000 cases over the firm history and we couldn’t have done it without each and every member of our team.
We asked our team to share what they have learned or enjoyed most over the course of the last 5000 cases and here’s some of what they had to say:

I’m very excited to share in this success! I knew SHG was destined for great things. Having worked with several attorneys and different law firms through my years on the client side, SHG was always my favorite to work with in terms of getting results, being communicative, effective, and knowledgeable in the highly specialized field of long term care Medicaid. Often times, attorneys offices would claim to know Medicaid law, but could rarely prove their knowledge or experience through case results. They were sometimes unresponsive to our requests, extremely expensive, and uncreative in coming up with arguments and strategies to resolve our cases. This was never my experience as a client with SHG. Since coming on board to this side of things, I’ve enjoyed being a part of this team and continuing to provide our clients with the best service possible. Cheers to 5K!
