As a partner at Stotler Hayes Group, Erin brings extensive knowledge, experience, and a deep passion to her representation of healthcare providers. Her primary focus revolves around optimizing recoveries, minimizing bad debt, and equipping her clients with the necessary tools and resources for success. With over a decade of legal practice under her belt, Erin is committed to delivering exceptional, efficient, and cost-effective representation to each client she serves.
She is widely recognized as a trusted legal authority within the healthcare industry and has been invited to speak at numerous conferences and webinars on various legal issues impacting the long-term care sector. These engagements include presentations for LeadingAge, the American College of Health Care Administrators, McKnight’s, the Ohio Health Care Association, the Indiana Health Care Association, and other esteemed industry associations and publications.
Erin earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan, where she was a member of the Delta Epsilon Iota Academic Honor Society and served as a Staff Reporter for The Michigan Daily. She went on to obtain her Juris Doctor from Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis, where she distinguished herself on the Indiana Health Law Review and was admitted to the Order of Barristers for her outstanding performance in Moot Court competitions.
Licensed to practice law in Maryland, Michigan, Virginia, Washington, DC, and before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, Erin currently resides in Illinois, where she continues to make significant contributions to the legal and healthcare communities.
