As a successful attorney in north Alabama, he navigated diverse legal landscapes with finesse, earning a reputation for his astute counsel and advocacy. Additionally, his tenure as an attorney recruiter in Nashville afforded him a unique perspective on the legal profession, further enhancing his understanding of its intricacies.

Beyond his legal practice, Tim has contributed to the academic realm, sharing his knowledge by teaching college courses on various legal topics, including real estate and family law. His commitment to education underscores his passion for empowering others with legal insights and expertise.

A proud alumnus of the University of Alabama School of Law and the University of North Alabama, Tim’s academic journey laid a solid foundation for his illustrious career in law. Tim and his family reside in middle Tennessee with their family poodle, Derrick Henry Shelton.  Their unwavering loyalty to the Crimson Tide reflects not just a sports affiliation but a deep-seated sense of community and pride in their alma mater.
